haha yup it has been A WHILE :) am currently busy studying for midterms which i HOPE i wont screw up.. please give me the energy to continue! uni has been busy with so many different activities going on - school work, gatherings, birthday celebrations etc.. ohh and i'm promoted to art director of simpsons haha never knew i was artistic :p prolly coz was lazy in the past nvr bothered to do artworks:) see under the influence of my roomie lynnie! haha everyday look and comment her art assignments i'm like super pro alr! or so she says :D
am kind of enjoying what i'm reading now:) at least it's something that i'm relatively interested in :D esp cbc 113 organic chem! loves it :) though arrow pushing and mechanisms are kinda harder now but it's okayy!! simpsons cbc we love 113 and arrow pushing!! GO!! lab has been fun too! though it's 3 hours long! heard from seniors from year 2 onwards it's 6 hours! GOODNESS!! haha wells it's all preparing for the future eh? :) and haha fractional distillation is the slackest! waited an hour plus before the first drip of distillate came out! but was fun :) i shall work hard to study medicinal chem nxt time! simpsons cbc GO!! it's our common goal! :D feels great to have a bunch of ppl sharing the same goal and working hard tgt to achieve it!
besides 113 i took on cbc 111 modern chem too! it's relatively like A lvl chem but with quantum physics inside!! STUNS... but after thinking for a while i dun regret not exempting it coz the lab sessions are fun and well JUST STUDY HARDER BEH GET A!! JIAYOU!
biochem is also fun! haha now i regret not taking biology in hc! didnt have the courage to read it since i didnt take bio in sec sch.. there's alot of things to remember but at least i feel that it's interesting:) lipids carbohydrates are fun! WAHAHA i'm gg crazy :D
and forensics is like the best! haha feels guilty to always fall aslp during forensics lecture coz as stephy said the chair very comfy (those red vip seats in hc audi) so induces sleepiness :p interesting! except for the gruesome photos tt were shown :S new experience i guess :)
compulsory math and phy is okayy i guess.. calculus is hard! i've never been good with integration and trigo!! ohh haha i crashed a phy tut coz i was told the tutor very good den i realise alot of ppl crash! like the whole spms foc ppl crash then not enough seats some ppl sat on the parapet or on the floor haha:D and the teacher was like i believe most of you are not from my class :D
band has been enjoyable as well :D and shhhh tell you a secret.. i ordered a 110 bucks mouthpiece dont tell my mummy k though it's my money =.= sightread alot of interesting songs alot of running notes my fingers nearly got tangled! haha :D
school though interesting has been tiring.. sleeping very late everyday and feeling so sick and tired of studying feels like giving up BUT NO WAY! no giving up if not you are a tortoise! haha i realise i'm just typing some random things but it's what i feel at the moment :) others have TGIF ntu we have TGI Recess week! YAY!
looking forward to banner painting for hall! miss banner painting alot! haha :D the last time i did banner painting was like what for Capriccio XXIV and tt's last may.. ohh! and i signed up for YOG volunteering! so exciting~

i have like FINALLY created a facebook account under the pressure of ccq that blackhole!! haha yupz went to ccq's hse after listening to the morning syf:) and i'm proud to say my house is neater than her room. and since we had some free time she came bugging me for a fb account. so TA-DAA!! go thank her, ppl.
today i tot i could finally wake up late like 12pm or something but apparently syf starts at 10am.. zzz... so we went to rp and met sharine and kb to get our tix:) THX TO BOTH OF THEM FOR THE TIX!! stupid i cant use ccq's laptop coz the keyboard too small *grumbles*
yup so we listened to srjc, sajc, vjc, HC!! and ajc :)
ccq: the results are quite reasonable from the audience's perspective..
yes i agree.. jiu shi zhe yang dun say too much coz i think band fusion got more details:)
den went for lunch at BREEKS cafe at causeway pt wit ccq and yihuang totally attracted by the 5.90++ student meal and ccq and i posed as some jc students but can sense that the person dun really believe but he gave it to us anw~ we had smoked salmon pasta, grilled chix with black pepper sauce (yummy) and fried chix AND PEANUT BUTTER FONDUE with AVOCADO.. so weird.... only tt ccq says it;s nice..... though not very ripe from the auntie's pov.
slept on the bus 963 and it was super duper HOT!! i got nothing to say le.. ya tt's all. we are gg to leave for our kickboxing lesson soon. SEEYA!!

It has been a really long time since i last blogged! wonders if my only follower Mr awk is still following haha:)
the past week i've been kinda of like stuck in a dilemma coz i really dunno which course to choose:( chemistry & biological chem at ntu or chem eng. at nus? the nus offer came as a surprise coz didnt really expect it.. but after some thought, i tink i'll still prefer cbc (omg nearly typed our dear senior's name ccb) but chem eng is very tempting and sai,mc and ccq are trying to psycho me in!! haha but da rou says she's most prob gonna take cbc!! den got friend leh:)and lynnie got into adm can bunk with her in hostel! and cousins in ntu can always ask for treats.. hmmm..

today our manager treated us to lunch ta bao-ed from the lee wee brothers or something liddat.. ytd they took quite long to decide what to order and made an online order! then the company very funny fax the order form over and ask them to sign and fax back:) so our lunch today was nasi lemak with ikan bilis fish cake otah and fried fish! and very good chilli! so we spent our lunch hour at the recreation corner eating and talking:) till ttj sent an sms to shumin asking her about keynesian! coz she has this interview at MAS then want to know more.. haha all i could rmb was "in the long run, we'll all be dead" hehe:D den went back to the office and worked till 5.30 wanted to tou tou slip off to go home but kena caught by jenny! oh qiaohan needs you to help her with the interview letters that we need to send out by today:( den went to help qh while anna tou tou liu hui jia le!! and whatever happened to our production line! last week got 5 ppl now only 2 ppl! so today not so speialised anymore~
oh kb is getting married tml! haha gong xi gong xi!!:DD which means i have to cover up his work but i think he's quite stressed must take some time off work! bie dan xin i'll try my best to help out! jiayou!

IRRITATING APPLICANT
as the title suggests, today i met(act is talk over the phone) the MOST irritating applicant in the whole duration tt i've worked in moe(haha only 1 month only).
okayy i was supp to call her to ask her for her O and A lvl results because it wasnt captured in our system. wa upon knowing tt i was from moe, she immediately started her ranting "i've alr faxed it over on mon!! i'm so disappointed with moe i've waited for 3 months and u are only asking about my results now.... blahblahblah"..
oh tian and she continued to complain and blahblahblah so i was like "hmm.. yes.. ya..yep.. okayy.." and i meng spam thank you to try to hint to her tt i wanted to end the convo and NO! she continued and talked/screamed/spammedwordsatme to me as if it was my fault tt she waited for so long and finally just when she was about to hang up, she said "i think you have to change your tone/ tonality(is there such a word? coz she said tt),i'm not reprimanding you but just telling you tt you have to change it..." and it goes on..... so i was like HUH? what's wrong with my tone? i was nice and polite as usual k! in the end i still had to thank her for her "advice". and she said no matter how many ppl u have to call you still have to be professional. HELLO lady, i'm alr quite professional for a temp staff and if u're not satisfied with it it's ok because it's the ONLY time i'm gg to call u:) and i'm so happy for tt~
and please try to understand that many MANY people apply daily so we handle many application forms and naturally the process will take longer! and it was also partially ur fault to leave out the certs as well as ur degree scroll!
well, i think she's the only problematic one coz the others didnt complain.. and i think those china scholars are really quite polite when speaking with moe personnel coz they totally corporate with u and give u wat u want very quickly, one word: EFFICIENT. while the others will just ask many questions and i will of course answer their enquiries POLITELY (emphasising the word not sarcastic k!) :))
ohh i'm gg to the openhouses with ccq jie! YAY! haha so fun go seesee! hvn really decided what i want to take yet though. initially i settled for ntu chemistry and biological chem but after reading what the nus dept of chem has to offer, my decision got waiver abit le :p quite interested in the exchange programmes tt nus offers! but ntu has forensic science module included in the compulsory curriculum! nus need to take it as extra minor........ aiya dunno la see first haha can go consult mr loy! i'm his 3rd student taking chemistry! aiyo a lil pathetic he teach for so long le only 2 took chem :S

oh gosh i actually forgot my pw! :S shows that i hvn been blogging for a realllllllllly long time.. YANRU FAREWELL!! though i lagged a while:) aiyo section outing with the rvhorns seems quite impossible with 2 zhang laos having some attachments overseas and mummy ang weekiat in army.. zzz next time zai shuo beh~
the past month i have been working hard!! started my job at moe and i must say it's actually quite fun:) at least the people there are nice, can joke around de!:D and got all the temp staff all very nice!! and our temp staff group is enlarging le!! more and more ppl! 7 storey de just you all wait, our group will be bigger than yours in time to come! WAHAHA:D WEEEE I LOVE RU!! hehe and i love INTERVIEWS!! coz manning the interview counter is so much more fun than data-entry! but kb seems to have ALOT of data-entry to do..:( and coz during interview sessions then can see lots of weird ppl! haha i think only anna will understand what i'm trying to say in this paragraph:)) coz she poor thing pm2s everyday!! JIAYOU!! you are not alone! my many stacks of TQ and pm2s' oso waiting for me!
but yay no work today and tue coz the perm staff all go chalet:DD but poor anna justina and aaron must go back to work coz must prepare interview folders for the coming week JIAYOU! hehe since got no work and auntie lynnie should take a break from her portfolio, we have decided to go shopping! at least i have decided to go shopping for a pair of shoes... AIYO last week's a really bad week! the strap for a pair of shoes came off while i was running to the phone to make a call at the interview centre..:(( had to drag myself back to my seat and ask chng min to bring me a pair of slippers from the office! then on the same day, i put my other pair of shoes outside to get it "sunn-ed" and guess what happened? IT FELL DOWNSTAIRS AND LANDED ON THE 1.5 STOREY:( and it rained the next day before i could ask my level 2 neighbour to push it down for me:((
and on tuesday, i'm gg to watch SUSPECT X!! YAY!! i love the drama serial so must catch the movie too! with nic! yay can go shop for shoes if i dont manage to get them today~ but looking forward to wed too!! coz i'm meeting my pri sch friends (actually only 2) for dinner!! yay muacks to minmin and chunling~ ohh got lots of catching up to do! and prolly mourn for my fate on thurs before results are released on fri (heard many ppl saying tt) :S GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!! As GOOOOOOO!
ohh and last friday, we had the latest episode of "6J dinner- in search of good food" :D we went to smith st at chinatown to eat! there was me lynnie annana ching2 cc zhiyi yechao and weemeng! ohh and weemeng said he lost 20kg in the past 2 months in tekong!! more zai than the london weight management!!:O haha we had pineapple rice, stingray, deep-fried baby sotong, chicken wings, wanton soup, oyster omelette and i forgot what else:)) really nice dinner though got some auntie tried to spoil our day! coz initially we went to this steamboat shop den discover tt it's quite ex so wanted to leave then the auntie say NI MEN HUI HOU HUI DE etc etc.. and even accuse cc of tiao xi-ing her which according to yechao was flirt/tease.. LOL.. wahaha we're nvr gg back there again! then we wanted to find the dessert stall tt i went last time but walked for v long cant find! next time seesee again beh~
i shall shun bian update the few episodes of "6J dinner- in search of good food" tt i went:) the first week tt i went was at clarke quay and we went to this restaurant and wanted to order but the waiter say have to wait for 1-2 hours CRAZY then we hopped to the nearby morroco restaurant! had dory kebab with a bread-like thing and it's super nice!!!! totally worth the 18 bucks we spent! then chingching bought me an icecream! those kind tt they will trick you one like asking you to hold the cone den turn here and there so tt u cannot catch the cone:) forgot the name for it alr.. den we went to a pub for drinks and ching2 got drunk before she even started drinking her nadu! haha she was like pouring her nadu into the candle and then it went BOOM! then we screamed HAHA the waitress came to ask ARE U OK? and ppl starting starring at us:))
next episode is at old airport road so ulu nearly died from hunger when we reached there! but the food there's quite good and got alot of variety! many won awards for their dishes like the makan king thingy.. but dun order honey lemon coz they gave me honey barley:SS
wa i think i type alot alr but forgot to write about the remaining days in hainan dao! next entry k! haha byebye~

I CAUGHT THE KARANG GUNI MAN!! WOOHOO~~~ :DD
Ohh!! my new phone's finally here!! yay can go collect le~ so happy! haha:DD ohh! while i was exploring excel, my mama was washing the curtains and hanging them out to dry.. then some super big wind BLEW and away the curtain flew!! haha to downstairs dunno which storey den the auntie ah!! she go throw our curtain away so tt her clothes can dry before we could reach her house.. so now tt curtain got stuck in the 1.5 storey.. i went to the 2nd storey den ask the malay lady to help me and tgt, we manage to push the curtain from 1.5 storey to 1st storey! and YAY i got my curtain back :)) poor mummy has to wash them again :(
ohh for 4 consecutive days, i've been trying to catch the karang guni downstairs coz i got alot of newspaper i want to give him but he seems deaf cannot hear me shouting frm 7 storey.. so i ran downstairs but wa he really run away v quickly!! cannot find him alr!! nxt time i shall run faster!!

ohh mannn i feel so scammed!! was waiting earnestly for the 5 min little nyonya short clip at 955pm from 7 plus!! den what they showed was quite disappointing.. like not much effort put in de liddat! and wat's more, lots of ppl were anticipating it too!! the auntie downstairs/upstairs kept asking her children start alr or nt, the little girl at the coffee shop was singing the song HAIYO!!
and i went to the singtel shop to buy my new phone den the uncle say ohh ming tian cai lai! LOL!! uncle!!!!!!! den my mum paid the deposit alr so tml must go back AMK to buy!! uncle do u kw tt nw i dun have the "tee tee" alr! that high pitched "ti" is so disgusting eats away so much money frm my card!! sobsobs... i'm a sad girl :((
